HELP Interdisciplinary Half-Day is a 3-hour/day program for patients who have transitioned from the full day program, or who are independent at home, but need more assistance to regain their desired work productivity or independence in their community.

Like the full day program patients participate in this half day program depending upon the rehabilitation event they are trying to master. Some patients will attend the half day program only once for the orientation to HELP Remote care, others will attend this program once a week to daily for several weeks to achieve their goals.

Patients who have reached a point of independence from direct care will graduate from the half day program to our HELP Remote care.
